Upload the FOUR year networks (one .zip of the Appendix C 'Roadway Network Files', or the YR26/35/40/50_GIS shapefile parts) AND a project listing — either the LaneInventory workbook (preferred, per-direction detail) or the MTP 'RSA Table Online' / 'FT Table Online' PDFs (improvement projects only).
Every row of the RSA/FT tables is regionally significant by construction (2025 conformity report Sec. 3.2), and the listing carries no exempt classification — so this screen only looks one way: rows whose text matches a 40 CFR exempt category surface for a reviewer. Nothing is dropped.
Each row is ONE inconsistency for one project, year and lane component — a project appears once per inconsistency.

FT corridors use NCTCOG's own exact-equality convention (every link must carry the listing value); RSA segments tolerate variance within the link range.
The four year networks are independent builds — link IDs are not comparable across years, so all cross-year checks run through the listing.
